If our batteries made a mistake we will replace or repair it. 2.ALL Tycorun Batteries include a 10 Year Manufacturers Defect Warranty from the date of purchase. The typical life expectancy of a Tycorun lithium ion battery is 4,000 recharge cycles, or approximately 5-10 years with normal use that is appropriate to what the battery is developed for (see the specs of the battery).Normal wear and tear and carelessness or misuse of the battery will not be covered in this guarantee.If the battery is deemed improperly used, you will be charged $150 per hour for repairs, plus parts and shipping. 3.For warranty claims, please get in touch with the initial place of purchase and the batteries may need to be shipped back to us (Tycorun) for further examination.

For all returned shipping, we suggest using a local delivery service, such as a fedex office or a UPS shop.
●If you have a quality problem with the product, please get in touch with support@tycorun.com to help diagnose the issue. If a product does not fulfill our high quality requirements, then we will provide you a replacement part or repair the original at no extra expense. We will not send replacement parts until we have received your returned parts and completed an inspection to determine the cause of any issues. Tycorun is not responsible for return delivery.
●The warranty will not cover the Diy modifications or damage due to gross negligence or misuse.
