TYCORUN today announced that a new batch of its Oman Project has entered the production and delivery phase. The batch includes 600 swappable batteries, 200 electric motorcycles and 14 battery swap cabinets, forming a complete "vehicle, battery and cabinet" solution and further strengthening TYCORUN's on-the-ground capability in the Middle East.
A complete swapping ecosystem: vehicles, batteries and cabinets working together
This batch consists of three core components:
- 600 swappable batteries. Powered by the TYCORUN 7640 battery, the 76V 40Ah LiFePO4 Battery. Each battery has a nominal energy of about 3.04 kWh, giving the 600 units a combined nominal storage capacity of roughly 1.8 MWh.
- 200 electric motorcycles. Designed for the swapping model and suited to daily commuting, urban delivery and commercial fleet operations.
- 14 battery swap cabinets. Give riders a fast way to exchange batteries without waiting for a full charge, keeping vehicles on the road longer and improving operating efficiency.
LiFePO4 technology built for Oman's high-temperature conditions
Oman's hot climate places high demands on battery thermal stability and cycle life. The 7640 battery uses lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) chemistry, which offers strong thermal stability, long cycle life and a high level of operational safety. The 76V high-voltage platform delivers stronger power output for electric motorcycles, and the swapping model keeps operating vehicles continuously available while lowering the entry barrier and overall cost for users.
From project to real-world deployment
This new batch is another step forward for the TYCORUN Oman Project.
