Can your product ship to Canada?
Yes. Most provinces in Canada served by UPS or Fed can received our battery product.We will pay for duty & GST costs for you when checkout, shipping is calculated at that time. If you want to estimate your shipping cost outside of the contiguous USA (“Lower 48”), the fastest method to calculate it would be to add the preferred product(s) to cart on our website and fill out your shipping information. This method will only give the sufficient information for system to calculate the fee, but will not complete the deal.
Lower 48 can ship for free
Your Tycorun batteries will be shipped free of charge to anywhere in the lower 48 US States.UPS ground freight will ship batteries and it will cost 5-7 days to arrive to most of provinces in USA. An email with a tracking number will send to you after your order ships. According to regulations of USPS, the batteries are not allowed to be delivered to Post Office boxes. So please fill out the address information with a street.
hazmat shipping is needed for larger batteries which is over 300 watts. The cost of Hazmat and freight is typically $90 to $150 a battery, and we will pay for that. You will cost $0 for shipping.
Delivering to Alaska and Hawaii will cost more because of federal law that requires that batteries ship Air cargo and have Hazmat protection.
Delivering to Canada includes duty, GST and import cost.
Policy for Shipping & Delivery Time
All tycorun batteries will be shipped free of charge to the lower 48 US States. UPS Ground ship + Tracking number. Delivery time is usually 5-8 days. A tracking number will given to you when your battery product ships.
Please provide a street address for shipping address since the batteries are not allowed to be delivered to Post Office boxes.
We used FedEx, USPS, or DHL for international delivery and for Hawaii & Alaska shipments, depending on the battery product and country. To calculate specific shipping fees please add products to cart and fill out your order and shipping address.
For Canadian clients, additional customs charges, duty, and GST based on the price of the product is included in the delivery cost.
What is the return shipping price for Tycorun Lithium Battery?
Return shipping depends on the order size and the vendor. We recommend UPS ground for the most competitive rates. You can ship through UPS at a UPS store, or local shipping agent. Before returning a battery please contact support@tycorun.com for the return address, and additional help

All lithium batteries (LiFePO4 included) must be shipped via ground shipping. Typical delivery time in the US for in stock batteries is 5-7 business days plus 1-3 days lead time to pack and ship your battery from our warehouse.
How long will my batteries last?
There are several factors that affect the life of a battery. Weather, temperature, recharge cycles, depth of discharge (DOD), discharge current, charging current, charging method and duration of static use can all have dramatic effects on battery life. A properly maintained Lithium Battery should last roughly three times as long as lead-acid battery used in similar conditions. Life expectancy is 10 years.
