Company Founded

TYCORUN was established in 2019 and initially focused on customized lithium battery development and intelligent battery swapping technology for electric two-wheelers, striving to achieve breakthroughs in intelligent management and safety protection for lithium batteries.

R&D and Launch of First-Generation Smart Swapping Cabinets

Based on continued advancements in lithium battery research and development, TYCORUN completed the design and production of its first batch of intelligent battery swapping equipment, initially enabling intelligent monitoring of battery status. As the company advanced its technology and expanded its business, the team also grew steadily, reaching a total of 30 employees by that time.

Business Expansion, Technology Upgrade, and Overseas Layout

TYCORUN continued its commitment to customized lithium battery development, completing iterative upgrades to its intelligent battery management system, further enhancing battery safety and endurance stability. Furthermore, it launched pilot battery swapping networks in multiple cities internationally, partnering with local electric two-wheeler operators to achieve small-scale deployment of battery swapping services, laying the market foundation for subsequent business expansion.

As TYCORUN’s reputation in overseas battery swapping deployments continues to grow, the number of customer inquiries continues to grow. Our samples have been sent to more than 30 countries around the world, earning high recognition from clients.

Cloud Platform Integration and Entry into the Middle East

With the continued expansion of its battery swapping business, TYCORUN has successfully integrated data between its cloud platform, batteries, battery swapping stations, vehicles, and users. This phase marks a significant leap forward in the company's system integration and intelligent capabilities. TYCORUN's collaboration with a Dubai customer marks its official entry into the Middle East market. The company has completed the development of heat-resistant lithium iron phosphate batteries and optimized the heat dissipation structure of its battery swapping cabinets.

Indonesia Subsidiary Established and Semi-Solid Batteries Released

A branch was officially established in Indonesia, responsible for technical support, after-sales service, and operational management of the local battery swapping business, further improving local response efficiency and strengthening regional service capabilities. In the same year, TYCORUN officially launched its 73V30Ah and 73V45Ah semi-solid-state batteries. It has also independently developed a supporting battery swap APP and background management platform to support full-process data management and cloud-based intelligent scheduling. The company's products have been widely used in takeaway delivery, shared travel, logistics and other scenarios in many countries around the world, and are committed to promoting a more efficient and environmentally friendly green transportation model.

We have successfully implemented battery swap projects in many countries such as Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, supporting customers to achieve localized operations and have rich overseas deployment experience.

We have reached long-term cooperation with large food delivery platforms, and logistics companies in Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, such as Terra, Makan, Atom-Moto, HAWA, Effibike, elBlesk, and B-TECH, supporting them to quickly establish a battery swap network.

Generally speaking, it takes about 60-90 days from the confirmation of the plan to the arrival of the battery swap cabinet. After the battery swap cabinet arrives at the port, it usually takes another 15-30 days for on-site installation, system debugging and formal launch, and the overall implementation cycle is about 75-120 days. If customized design or complex local adaptation is involved, the time may be extended accordingly. We support rapid delivery and localized deployment guidance to help customers efficiently promote project implementation.
