The TYCORUN 8-slot battery swap cabinet has a total power of 6400W, 800W per slot, and supports optional 15A fast charging current, which effectively improves battery swap efficiency. The product supports multiple voltage platforms (48V/60V/72V), and can realize parallel deployment of multiple cabinets, which is suitable for efficient operation in different scenarios.
The 8-slot battery swap cabinet size is only 500×880×1650mm, which occupies a compact area and is suitable for flexible deployment. The battery compartment size is 240×420×220mm, which is suitable for electric motorcycles and tricycles with 72V/60V/48V platforms.
The operation interface uses a 10.1-inch touch screen, which is intuitive and easy to use. The system supports IP54 protection level and can operate stably in a temperature and humidity environment of -10℃ to 55℃, adapting to various outdoor deployment needs.
The 8-slot battery swap cabinet can be customized according to the actual local climate and operating conditions, supporting appearance, color and LOGO. Various configuration parameters can be flexibly adjusted and compatible with a variety of optional functions, such as air conditioning, camera, reverse power supply module, rain shelter, NFC, etc. It has multiple safety protection mechanisms, including smoke detection, high temperature warning, flood monitoring, aerosol fire extinguisher and air cooling system to ensure the stable operation of the system in various environments.
The TYCORUN battery swap system also has multiple intelligent safety functions, including BMS health diagnosis, voltage/current/temperature real-time monitoring, battery high temperature alarm, malicious disassembly alarm, abnormal charging and discharging monitoring, etc. The system can automatically record and report abnormal events, and the background can remotely shut down the battery to ensure safe use. Support CAN communication protocol and 4G/WiFi/GPS remote monitoring functions to achieve remote diagnosis and background management.
Each device passes standardized tests such as rain before leaving the factory. The screen size can be customized, and it supports playing brand promotional videos and voice guidance.
