Being new to Lithium battery and trying to figure out the settings on my battery, I emailed customer service with questions about five times. As regular as the clock, I had an answer promptly the next day every time.

I suppose time will tell as I put them to work, but after a week of testing, I am very pleased. The only complaint I might make is that the bolt that comes with the battery is very short. I wish it was a quarter inch longer which would make connecting two, 2/0-guage lugs to put the batteries in parallel a bit easier.

It's really a very useful battery

I just got & installed 6 of these battery. So far so good! As promised they’re small & light - light enough for residential delivery.
They have a positive and negative connection terminal, which is quite handy when cabling them into a parallel-cabled bank .
They applied the knob screw method to connect the flat ring end cable, eliminating the awkward moves necessary w the old wrench style of cabling.
Two of the 6 were in the “on/active” mode when received so their voltage differed from the other four. In test charging them I noted that the two in active mode began increasing voltage - moving toward the four that arrived in “shelf/inactive” mode. I’m guessing their moving toward the promised balance between batteries.
The rest is to be seen & I trust I won’t outlive them. Or, you get what you pay for. There’s no reason to settle for a lead acid battery if you can thing “Big Picture”.
